Gian is a PhD student in Organizational Psychology at Columbia University. His research focuses on workplace motivation and quantitative methods.

Throughout his PhD studies, Gian has served as a two-time NASA intern working in data analytics and applied research. He is currently a data science intern at Autodesk where his responsibilities range from developing large language models (LLMs) for NLP tasks, developing production-ready ML code for internal analytics applications, and leading research and statistics to deliver insights on the Autodesk workforce.

Prior to beginning his doctoral studies, Gian spent two years in human capital consulting with Korn Ferry. He holds an MS in Applied Statistics and a BA in Cognitive Science.
